count grocery shopping with a toddler and a 10 month old as my cardio workout today???? Inevitably Belle always wants out of the cart half way through our shopping excursion. Then she wants to run away, so I have to run after her, or she wants to push the cart herself. Rose lost a shoe on some Isle.....and had to go find it....and of course she loves to turn around in her seat and pick up all the groceries! It is quite an expedition going to the store. I have to emotionally gear up for it from the beginning of the week! Also I am wondering if any of you moms out there know how to get a two year old out of the car that doesn't want to? Weird. I think I remember Spencer doing this, but I had a much smaller car, and it was much easier to get him out!

Dawnae - you are quite the blogger & to think you "caved to the pressure" of Janae to do this. All your new posts are so fun! I can't believe you took pictures at the grocery store - definitely the sign of a true blogger! I am interested in Winder dairy. This is the 2nd time this week I've heard of them. They are here a little bit & approached our school about doing a fund raiser where they would deliver products to our house & donate a portion of the sales to the school. By the way - I love the picture of Isabelle peeking out from the back of the car. She definitely has a look of indignation on her face!
I usually don't have a problem getting my toddlers out of the car, but into the car can become an issue. Lately I have waited until the evening to go shopping without any children or with just the baby...I'm getting older, I just don't have the energy anymore :-) Plus, there is no room for my groceries with a 2 year old in the cart. I tried letting him walk with his sister once, but he was here, there, and everywhere around the store! That did not work.
Yes, I am a hard core blogger now....I have the blogger bug! I really like winder dairy because they dont use any growth hormones or other stuff...and the milk really is good. They have other stuff besides milk too...you should sign up! I wonder when they started branching out to other states? Isabelle is really starting to find her independance for sure!
Logically yes, you should be able to,practically no. Because no one ever wants things to be easy for mom! As for getting them out of the car. The only real solution is to head in there after them and grab a leg, foot, arm etc.
Dawnae - I'm sorry, all I can do is chuckle. With my kids out of the baby/toddler stage, and into the teenage years, I am suffering from empty lap syndrome. And after spending 3 hours between Costco and the local grocery store all alone today, I would welcome the challenge of babies...okay, now that I think about it, maybe not. I was just thinking of my lovely Ashley and her "hit the ground hard" tantrums EVERY time I went into ANY store the year my youngest was born. Hindsight says, "Keep taking those pictures; you'll cherish them someday!"
I wish I could see that in person!!! Isabelle is SO cute!!! that is the funniest dance!!!
