I have had finger sucking, thumb sucking but never a baby that liked to suck on a blanket. Seriously the thing gets soaking wet! Well, at least she has something, right?

At least she has something! They are always happier when they have something! Today I noticed that I think Rose and Nicolette have a slight resemblance, could this be?
my finger sucking baby likes his blankie & socks too! today the corner of his blankie as well as his socks were nice & wet!
I have been reading your blog and really enjoying it.
This is funny about the blankie sucking baby because my youngest was exactly the same way. His blankie was an old slip of mine that I cut up. We had to get several "spares" so that he didn't always have a wet blankie. I thought he was just a little silly. I didn't realize "other" kids did that too. I'm kind of relieved, so thanks for sharing.

oh that rose is pretty darn cute!!!!
I know this is a little late- but i STILL suck my blankie. I am almost 18. You should seriously think about taking it away from here before too long. I would scream when my parents even tried to wash it. Now my original blankie is a shred of fabric (i still keep in my dresser) and i use an assortments of my moms old t-shirts. I even suck on it at my boyfriends house when we're watching movies. its sad. haha- it just a habit i guess.
